• Regularly meet or communicate with engaged couples to update the preparation progress.
• Customized budget & wedding logistics list.
• Find the best wedding banquet venue based on the budget and preferences.
• Make reservations or liaise with a lawyer for civil celebrant arrangements.
• Design a customized wedding theme based on couples’ budget, requirements, stories, and preferences.
• Recommend photographer for pre-wedding photos by couples’ preferred styles and budget.
• Provide guidance on selecting wedding attire and assist the couple in choosing outfits that fit their budget, needs, and preferences.
• Assist in selecting a wedding decoration company based on the couples’ budget, requirements, and preferences.
• Explain the roles and responsibilities of each wedding professional, and the key considerations when selecting them. Based on the engaged couple’s budget, requirements, and preferences, assist them in finding suitable wedding emcees, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and other wedding service providers. Attending vendor interviews with you as required.
• Assistance with contract negotiation. Gathering and reviewing all vendor contracts.
• Assist in designing and ordering the wedding invitations.
• Etiquette and wedding protocol advice on “Big Gift Presentation” Ceremony. Assistance on gifts preparation and related logistics arrangement as required.
• Etiquette and wedding protocol advice on Traditional Chinese / Hong Kong Wedding Ceremony
• Assist in procurement of bride’s combing set, return-home gifts, tea sets, wedding gifts, tea sets, accessories, and all related logistics arrangements of wedding day supplies.
• Creating a detailed time-line for the entire wedding day schedule
• Assist in arrangement for the wedding reception music and video.
• Have meeting with wedding venue and all vendors to discuss and confirm details and times of arrival/delivery for the wedding day. Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact for 1 week leading up to wedding day.
• Have meeting with bridesmaids and groomsmen before the wedding to brief their roles and responsibilities on the day.
• Rehearsal Coordination. Organizing the processional and recessional.

* 講解婚禮工作人員每個角色的工作及選擇時的注意事項，並根據準新人的預算、要求及喜好，協助尋找合適的婚禮司儀、攝影錄影師、化妝師、大妗姐等。根據需要參加供應商與您的面談。

* 協助合約細節談判，收集和審閱所有供應商合約。

* 協助構思囍帖設計及內容。

* 講解過大禮流程，代購過大禮禮籃、禮餅等。

* 講解中式/港式婚禮禮儀及儀式細節

* 代買婚禮用品，上頭、回門、茶具、回禮禮品、用品、飾物以及婚禮當天用品的所有相關物流安排。

* 與婚宴場地及各供應商負責人開會，商討婚禮當日的細節安排。確保在大日子前1週內與所有供應商。

Wedding Day Coordination

• Control and supervise the wedding day schedule, ensuring the timely progression of events.
• Remind the couple of every detail of the wedding.
• Hold a brief meeting with the bridesmaids and groomsmen, outlining the main itinerary and work assignments.
• Liaise all crews, and coordinate any departmental conflicts.
• Assist with the Chinese Traditional Wedding ceremonies, and prepare all related supplies.
• Assist with transportation and logistics arrangements.
• Oversee the setup of the wedding/reception venue, including gift arrangements.
• Test the audiovisual equipment and lighting for the banquet, ensuring the best sound and light effects.
• Collaborate with the banquet manager, emcee, and other wedding crews to discuss the evening’s program.
• Organize the entire reception schedule, including the tea ceremony and group photo schedule.
• Assist in organizing the bride’s wedding gown, evening attire, and required items for the day.
• Verify the day’s payments on behalf of the couple, and assist with arranging payments.

實踐階段 （婚禮當天）

* 宴會場地影音設備及燈光測試，確保活動期間提供最好的影音及燈光效果。

* 在現場與宴會經理，司儀和其他婚禮工作人員商討晚宴程序。

* 安排敬茶、拍照等整個宴會流程。

* 協助整理新娘婚紗晚裝及當日的用品。

* 代新人核對當日應付款項及協助安排支付。
