Please read the following Terms and Conditions of transactions in our company carefully.
1. General
We reserve the right to amend and interpret these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us or make payment, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Prices
The price payable for the products you order is that set out on our website/advertisement at the time you place your order. The prices of the products we display on our website are subject to change. All prices, where appropriate, include any sales taxes (if any) unless otherwise stated.
3. General Payment Arrangements
3.1 Payment Methods:

or Cheque – Payee- Jyuji International Limited
3.2 Deposit payable: (not less than 50% of the price) is required to secure the service and payable on execution of the contract/agreement. All deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable.
3.3 Payable Balances: Payment of the balance is required to settle no later than the date of the service day. We accept CASH ONLY for balance payments on the service day.
4. Rescheduling/Cancellation
4.1 Wedding/event rescheduling:
4.1.1 If the wedding/event is rescheduled 4 weeks or more before the original wedding/event date, no rescheduling fee will be charged, but the service fee for the new wedding/event date may be changed;
4.1.2 If the wedding/event is rescheduled 4 weeks or more before the original wedding/event date, if the service cannot be rescheduled to a new date and time, the deposit paid will not be refunded;
4.1.3 If the wedding/event is rescheduled within 4 weeks before the original wedding/event date, if the service can be rescheduled to a new date and time, the service charges for the new wedding/event date may be changed, and an additional 10% administrative fee will be charged. and may be charged for reprinting of props;
4.1.4 If the wedding/event is rescheduled within 4 weeks before the original wedding/event date, if the service cannot be rescheduled to a new date and time, the deposit paid will not be returned, and the full payment of the order may be required;
4.1.5 All rescheduling must be notified in writing.
4.2 Wedding/event Cancellation:
4.2.1 If the wedding/event cancellation is notified 4 weeks or more before the wedding/event date, the relevant deposit will not be refunded;
4.2.2 If the cancellation of the wedding/event is notified within 4 weeks before the wedding/event date, the deposit paid will not be refunded, and the full payment of the order may be required;
4.2.3 All cancellations must be notified in writing.
5. Bad Weather or Extreme Conditions
5.1 The order would be canceled automatically and could be rescheduled if a tropical cyclone signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled decoration set-up time.
5.2 The scheduled decoration set-up and complete time may be delayed if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm signal at 2 hours before the set-up time.
5.3 If the event is canceled due to bad weather or other extreme conditions, no refund will be made for your deposit paid.
5.4 If the event is rescheduled to the next 12 months due to bad weather or other extreme conditions, no penalty would be imposed, but charges may be incurred on the decoration props re-printing costs.
6. Special Cases and Extra Charges
6.1 Additional charge of $500 is applied for decoration set-up time before 8:00 am or decoration removal time after 23:30.
6.2 Additional charge of $500 is applied for venues in the remote districts (including Clear Water Bay, Shek O/ Repulse Bay, Deep water Bay, Stanley, Lantau Island, Tung Chung).

3. 付款安排

3.2 需付訂金(價格的 50%或以上):用於確認服務預訂,令有關合約或協議生效。所有已付訂金均不可退還或轉讓。
3.3 需付餘額:餘款須於提供服務當日或之前結清。我們於提供服務當日僅接受現金支付餘額。
4. 改期/取消
4.1 婚禮/活動改期:
4.1.1原定婚禮或活動日期前4週或以上通知婚禮或活動改期,將不會收取改期費用,惟新的婚禮或活動日期的服務收費,可能會有所更改;
4.1.2原定婚禮或活動日期前4週或以上通知婚禮或活動改期,如果服務不能夠重新安排到新的日期和時間,有關已付訂金將不會退回;
4.1.3 原定婚禮或活動日期前4週內通知婚禮改期,如果服務能夠重新安排到新的日期和時間,新的婚禮或活動日期的服務收費,可能會有所更改,及需額外收取10%行政費用,並可能會收取道具重新印製之費用;
4.1.4 原定婚禮或活動或活動日期前4週內通知婚禮或活動改期,如無法重新安排新日期和時間的服務,有關已付訂金將不會退回,並可能要求有關訂單全額付款;
4.1.5 所有改期必須以書面形式通知。
4.2 婚禮/活動取消:
4.2.1在婚禮或活動日期前 4 週或以上通知取消婚禮或活動,有關已付訂金將不會退回;
4.2.2在婚禮或活動日期前 4 週內通知取消婚禮或活動,有關已付訂金將不會退回,並可能要求有關訂單全額付款;
4.2.3 所有取消必須以書面形式通知。
5. 惡劣天氣或極端條件
5.1 如香港天文台於預定服務時間前2小時發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋信號,婚禮或活動服務訂單將自動取消,並可以重新安排。
5.2 如香港天文台於預定服務時間前2小時發出黑色暴雨訊號,原定的服務之開始及完成時間可能會延遲。
5.3 如因惡劣天氣或其他極端情況導致婚禮或活動取消,已支付的訂金將不予退還。
5.4 如因惡劣天氣或其他極端情況將婚禮或活動延期至接下來的 12 個月,將不會收取改期費用,但可能會收取道具重新印製之費用。
6. 特殊情況和額外費用
6.1如果開始佈置時間為上午 8:00 之前,或 拆除佈置時間為23:30 之後,將收取 $500 的額外費用。
6.2 偏遠地區(包括清水灣、石澳/淺水灣、深水灣、赤柱、大嶼山、東涌)的場地需加收$500。
